Holding on to Everything

I embroidered a found builder's glove with my mother’s old jewellery. Combining the lost with the nostalgic, the piece is playful and childlike, playing on that feeling of the inevitability of growing up, not wanting to let go of the past, and seeing older memories through that childlike lens.
